Agreement for the processing
of personal data

The ModTech Iasi Professional Association Iasi-Romania processes the personal data provided by you in order to carry out the specific activities of the ModTech International Conference and to publish the presented articles.

The personal data will be treated confidentially in accordance with the provisions of European Commission Directive/95/46 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, transposed by Law no. 677/2001, as subsequently amended and supplemented, as well as the provisions of European Commission Directive 2002/58 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, transposed by Law no. 506/2004.

Under the current legislation, you have the right of access, data interference, the right not to be subject to an individual decision.

You have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data and to request deletion of data at any time. For this, you can send a scanned, dated and signed application to the email address: office.modtech@gmail.com.

By registering on the ModTech website you agree that your personal data will be used in order to organize and conduct the ModTech International Conference in accordance with Law No.677 / 2001 as amended and supplemented subsequently and the Law 506/2004.
